Go to Eco DeFi website www.ecodefi.net And go to Staking Section

In the appeared page you can check: dashboard, information, Stake/Unstake sections

In dashboard, you can check the quantity of ESG tokens you staked and Earned ESG.

In information section, you can check the amount of ESG currently staked, APY, price of ESG.

In Stake/Unstake section, you can stake/unstake ESG and harvest interest that you earned.
